We don’t offer any onsite pickups. All orders must be shipped.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

STANDARD ORDERS

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After your order is processed it takes additional time for packaging, shipping, and delivery. It is our priority to get your orders out to you a soon as possible. Our current processing and delivery timeline is estimated at 4-6 weeks. We understand that timely delivery is crucial to you, and we are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that your orders reach you as swiftly as possible.

Rest assured, every order is our priority, and our dedicated team is working tirelessly to expedite the fulfillment process. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're continuously seeking ways to improve and speed up our shipping procedures. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and will always strive to provide you with the best experience possible.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges on packages received after the specified shipping date determined by USPS. Once your prepared package has been scanned into the post office, USPS assumes sole responsibility for the shipping and delivery time. If you have paid for expedited shipping, please note that expedited shipping only expedites the shipping time overnight after the package is prepared. Expedited shipping does not expedite the processing or preparation of your order, but only reduces the shipping time once your package is ready and complete.
 
All standard orders shipped within the USA will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate (if the requirements are met, available online ONLY), or USPS Priority mail 2-3 day, depending on the member's request at the time of placing the order. Please note that all orders will be processed in the order they are received.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

For all UPS and USPS shipments of orders over $250.00, a valid signature of a person who is at least 18 years old is required upon delivery. This policy also applies to all 3rd party shipments (Drop-ship orders), and a signature upon delivery is mandatory, even if a waiver has been filled out. We believe this is necessary to ensure the safe arrival of our products to our Health Club Members. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped for your convenience.

If a package is returned due to a lack of signature at the time of delivery, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the restocking fee is included within the Shipping & Handling rates available online.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package is lost during transit, we kindly request that our members contact National Holistic Health & Healing Club as soon as possible to initiate an investigation with the appropriate carrier. Please note that investigation response times usually range from 2-5 business days, but it may take longer in some cases. Once an outcome is reached, National Holistic Health & Healing Club will contact the member to discuss the next steps available.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We strongly suggest that all International Members check with their local customs agency for their Rules & Regulations/Restrictions on the importation of Dietary Supplements and/or our Herbal Formula ingredients prior to placing an order. All International orders MUST be placed through our website. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
 
Please be aware that National Holistic Health & Healing Club Store, located in the United States of America, is not liable for covering international customs fees or import duties when shipping our products to destinations outside of the United States. Customers are responsible for any customs and import-related charges imposed by their respective countries. We advise customers to contact their local customs authorities to inquire about any potential fees or taxes associated with their orders.

PACKAGES TO CANADA

Due to Health Canada’s policies, we are only able to ship to Canada under the following conditions:
 
  • Shipments to Canada must be addressed to a Health Club Member and NOT a Company/Business name.
  • Orders addressed to a single Health Club Member can only receive up to a 90 day supply within a 90 day period.

Failure to comply will result in the package being held, returned and/or contents removed by Health Canada. National Holistic Health & Healing Club is not responsible for any seized or returned package due to an individual’s non-compliance with Health Canada regulations.

ENDANGERED SPECIES (CANADA) CITES

CITES is an agency which monitors the importation of endangered plant and animal species into Canada. Some botanicals are endangered and may be confiscated by customs. Please reference the CITES Endangered Species list before placing your order as we are not responsible for monitoring the list. If your items are confiscated, we will not be responsible for confiscated items.

We encourage all Canadian members to check with customs before placing orders to make sure your orders are in compliance.
